This study investigates an electrostatic power generation (ESPG) device that converts charge on the lunar surface into usable electrical power, while simultaneously neutralizing and mitigating charged particles through capacitive collection or coupling of electrons. To maximize energy harvesting, it also examines a deployable structure designed to increase the effective surface area of the collection and storage system.
